She explained; She is originally from Lithuania, but lived in Holland for many many years, and fell in love and married a Cypriot, and finally moved to Cyprus just 2 years ago" ... Vaida said" "she noticed there was a distinct lack of places to get good fresh food, not just vegetarian and vegan but specialising in healthy eats and healthy diets. This inspired her to open a place where all the dishes are home made, using predominantly fresh quality produce, and a menu with variety, so there's something for everyone, oh, and served with a little finesse" ... I had a good look through the menu and I have to say it looks well cool, and so I got her point, and must say I'm well impressed.
