They definitely don't sell fast food here, they sell really good food as fast as they can and the menu is truly international, carefully prepared by Emma, ably assisted by 5 top chefs, headed up by Gavin and Andrew who conjure up a menu of international culinary delights to suite absolutely every taste, using only fresh local produce and imported delicacies ... and whatever you do you really must leave some room for dessert, or just go for desserts ... mmmm!
By rule of thumb if its quiet in here, it'll be dead everywhere else ... Gary's Bar & Grill is without doubt one of the best eateries in Napa, recently awarded a Certificate of Excellence 2014, by Trip Advisor. It's famous for its full English breakfast with Absolute Radio piping out to the aroma of good old British bacon but they also have a great brunch, lunch, snacks and dinner menu.
Over a gorgeous cappuccino I asked Vaida, why she created 'The Loop'? ... She explained; She is originally from Lithuania, but lived in Holland for many many years, and fell in love and married a Cypriot, and finally moved to Cyprus just 2 years ago" ... Vaida said" "she noticed there was a distinct lack of places to get good fresh food, not just vegetarian and vegan but specialising in healthy eats and healthy diets. This inspired her to open a place where all the dishes are home made, using predominantly fresh quality produce, and a menu with variety, so there's something for everyone, oh, and served with a little finesse" ... I had a good look through the menu and I have to say it looks well cool, and so I got her point, and must say I'm well impressed.
I asked Solomos for the reason behind their success, and he said "for us everything we do is unique, we give our best to assure each guest leaves here happy", even if all you want is a coffee, afternoon drink, share an exotic flavour, or a little snack, while you watch the match on one of 7 big TV screens.
Vangelis said he had extensive training in Naples, not at collage but at an academy at a traditional pizzeria, with top pizza chefs. The rewards; pizzas as authentic as you can get this side of Italy, the dough, 4 simple ingredients, hand made, but fermented for 48 Hours before use, a Neapolitan influence, which enhances the flavour, then topped with your favourite toppings, and baked to perfection in a traditional stone fired revolving oven ... the result a a thin base with a light fluffy crust ... I have to say the delicious

It's on the entrance to Bar street, and it's one of the oldest bars in Napa. Andreas and Karina, who are completely 'down to earth' absolutely love their pub and have continued it's 30 year tradition by being one of the few bars that stay open all year and naturally it's a favourite with locals and long stay workers and of course they look after anyone that wants to join them , it's sort of one big happy family !
With over 50 stalls in the summer there's everything you'd expect from a thriving market, from a variety of bric-a-brac, souvenirs, hand made pottery, household goods, I.T Services and computer stuff. There's shoes, new and second hand clothes, accessories, cafes and food stalls and even Grimsby's Smokey Pete's Van selling traditional English fish imported from Grimsby of course! Pete has been in the trade over 35 years and specialises in Smoked Haddock, smoked the traditional way in Oak Sawdust ... the aroma is awesome!
This Tex Mex Restaurant and Bar starts off brilliant as you walk through under the arch, welcomed by an awesome crew and ends up delightful as you leave. The decoration is themed to the Wild Wild West ... all wooden and ranch style with cacti everywhere, and things like the sheriff's office and the real jail ... to lock up your kids while you eat 😉 Inside the gates its al fresco style with a retractable roof so you'll dine under the stars.
George says ''expect to find an awesome selection of spicy food, coz the boss loves it spicy!'' ... but by 'spicy' he doesn't mean hot hot, he means full of flavours of the East, some mild, some medium and many that give a kick ... Everything is cooked to order, using freshly cut local vegetables and the finest cuts of meat, and seafood and imported ingredients from the East ... Then three top Chefs conjure up an extensive selection of Asian cuisines from, China, Thailand, Korea and Japan and of course Sushi
