Situated in the middle of Protaras Bay, without argument, one of Cyprus' finest beaches ... it's a family business, run by two brothers Alexi and Kyri, btw, they've been on the beach since they were in nappies, or not as the case may be, things don't change lol
Rich's speciality is his ability to calm students who are a little nervous about the idea of being underwater. He understands that some people worry a bit about putting on a mask and breathing underwater for the first time and Rich has this amazing knack to calm you down and talk you through it, with the added reassurance that he'll be right next to you and even hold your hand when you take the plunge for the first time. The comments from his first-time students speak for themselves !!!
... with some of the most popular dive sites on the island due to clear, calm, warm water without dangerous currents and high tides. I loved this place the moment I saw the name, ... It's a British Style pub, from the outside all white and doors, really cool signage and some comfy seating to enjoy a drink in the late sunny afternoons and watch the world go by, hanging baskets and signs, inside, pristine, all wood and red brick, spacious with comfy seating, over to the right a separate games area, with pool table, and regular Killer Pool and darts board and they are just about to start a team and a Bar Football table ... both Pool and Darts have winter leagues, so go ask if you can join the team or maybe add one?
The Grand Slam is a family run British style boozer, it's even on the corner, on the sunny side of the road, and once known as The Corner Pin, inside it looks busy, with quirky little designs mostly mums doing, I just love the Table Tops they're well cool ... There's music memorabilia all over the place with a professional light and sound system, a well stocked bar, with a lovely front terrace onto Kapparis Avenue ... it's a great stop off for an afternoon drink, good pub grub, and there's something happening here almost every night!
Not just Parties ... This little gem at the busy end of Nissi Avenue is everything you'll need to enjoy your holiday. It's a family business with a personal service, they'll help you choose the best things to do, when to do them, the best places to see and how to get there, and the best parties to be seen at, and you know, they wanna be on those boat trips and excursions with you and might just be dancing next to you at the parties!
Cape Bar is a family bar with a friendly family atmosphere ...it's situated near Cyclops Caves, on the edge of the National Park at Konnos Bay, Cape Greco. It's one of my favourite areas in Cyprus, this is a great place to watch the beautiful sunset.
